Stout Foundation scholarship notification. Financial Aid award letters mailed out. Receive Registration Day confirmation materials.

Receive roommate/residence hall assignment, and residence hall services booklet from University Housing.

On-campus Registration Day. Students will register for fall classes at this time.

Receive parking permit information from the Parking Services Office.
July/August
Activate your Stout OneCard. Receive New Student Orientation schedule.
August
Receive school bill from Student Business Services with payment plan information. Receive move-in instructions from University Housing. Master Promissory Notes (MPN) and Perkins loan promissory notes mailed to financial aid recipients.
August 24
Official final college transcripts from spring and/or summer must be received by the Office of Admissions.
