- If you want to cancel an appointment on the day of the appointment, you must call the office. You can use the on-line process to cancel appointments up to the day prior to the appointment.
- Can I schedule an appointment with my Faculty Advisor using AdvisorTrac?
- No, only First Year Advisors and Student Services Staff use AdvisorTrac at this time.
- I can see that my Advisor has an open time on his/her schedule today, but it won't allow me to sign up. Why not?
- You can only sign-up for an appointment on-line 2 or more hours before the selected time. If you want to schedule an appointment within that 2 hours window, just call the office to schedule.
- Do I have to use AdvisorTrac to schedule my appointment?
- No, you can call the office to schedule you appointment.
- How far in advance can I schedule an appointment with my advisor?
- You can use AdvisorTrac to schedule an appointment up to 30 days in advance if your advisor has their availability posted.
- I want to schedule an appointment on-line but I don't know who my first year advisor is.
- If you don't know who your advisor is then you need to call the office to schedule or you can determine who your advisor is by checking on your Program Evaluation or the Advisement Center website.
