University of Wisconsin - Stout

Since 1965, the Stout University Foundation has counted on private funds to support scholarships, laboratories, research materials and other academic programs not funded by state aid and tuition.

Tuition revenue provides 32 percent of the cost of a top quality education to students. Annual fund dollars help maintain UW-Stout's legacy of leadership.

The annual fund enables Stout graduates and friends of the university to have more flexibility in their annual gifts. The annual fund combines the fund-raising efforts of the three colleges and the school of Education, all majors and all other academic programs into one solicitation for greater efficiency to the donor.

The information in the Annual Fund FAQs should satisfy most questions or concerns you may have about the annual fund. If you have further questions or would like more information, please refer to the Feedback page.
