Printing to Library's networked laser printers
- Location:
- PCs: Floors 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
- Networked printers and print stations: Floor 1 Reference Area.
- Payment:
- Black and white: $.10 per page, self-service.
- Color: $.20 per page, self-service.
- Print stations do not accept coins, so a UW-Stout Flexline, Baseline Plus, or Visitor copy/print card is needed.
- Visitors may purchase a Visitor copy/print card for $1.00 at any Value Transfer Station (VTS) on the Stout campus and add additional money for copying; one VTS is located next to the Library's Circulation Desk.

- Location of photocopiers:

- University Archives machines (for Archives materials) require arrangements with Archives staff.
- Visitors may purchase a Visitor copy/print card for $1.00 at any Value Transfer Station (VTS) on the Stout campus and add additional money for copying/printing; one VTS is located next to the Library's Circulation Desk.
- Several zoom lenses are available to provide a variety of enlargements.
Microfiche-to-microfiche

- Payment:
- $.50 per microfiche. Non-copyright material only.
- Copying fees must be paid in the University Archives when copies are picked up; exact change is required.
Scanning print-to-disk, scanning slides / 35mm film to electronic storage media
- Location of scanners: Floor 1 Reference Area.
- Cost: No charge, self-service.
- Provide own CD-R disc, or USB jump/flash drive.
Scanning microform (fiche or film) to digital storage media
- Location of scanners: Floor 2 Periodicals Room.
- Cost: No charge, self-service.
- Provide own CD-R disc or USB jump/flash drive.
- Note: Scanned image/text must be saved to a .tiff file.
Transparencies from paper or digital masters
- Transparencies can be created from either a paper or digital master for a fee at the Memorial Student Center Service Desk.
REPORT ALL EQUIPMENT PROBLEMS to the Circulation Desk, in person or via the help phones located on the upper floors.

- Fax services are available at the Memorial Student Center Service Desk.

Departmental Cards for Faculty/Staff
- Departments/Faculty/Staff are responsible for their own photocopying. To obtain a Convenience Copier Credit Card (tan) for photocopying and printing, contact Ann Sorensen, Duplicating, at 715-232-2232.
